Hands-free system
10 fixed applicators, one console, several areas at once.
AdipoXtrem in one sentence: the applicators stay put and the console does the work. Here is how that changes a session and a therapist's working day.
Where it started
A movement repeated thousands of times a month.
With manual cavitation and radiofrequency, the therapist holds the handpiece and moves it continuously, standing, for the whole session. Professionals consulted during AdipoXtrem's design mentioned wrist pain, tendinitis and strained shoulders.
Constant handling
The handpiece must keep moving to spread energy across the area.
Awkward postures
Outstretched arms, flexed wrists, leaning forward — session after session.
One area at a time
Treating several areas means longer or more sessions.
Session workflow
What the practitioner does, step by step.
- Welcome and checks. Discussing goals, screening for contraindications, measurements or photos according to the clinic's protocol.
- Set-up. The client lies on the LED overlay mattress. The practitioner positions the applicators on the chosen areas — up to 10.
- Programming. Selecting the programme on screen (e.g. by cellulite type or skinfold thickness) and setting intensities.
- Session. Ultrasound, radiofrequency and LED run according to the programme for 30 to 35 minutes depending on the programme. The practitioner stays available to monitor comfort and adjust.
- End of session. Removing applicators, advice (hydration, physical activity), booking the next session.
Clinic operations
What hands-free changes in practice.
- Several areas treated in a single appointment instead of successive sessions.
- Fewer repetitive movements and awkward postures for your team.
- Programme-based sessions that are easier to reproduce between therapists.
- Practitioner time focused on set-up, monitoring and advice.
Supervision. Hands-free does not mean unsupervised: practitioner presence during the session follows the instructions for use and training.

A fair comparison
Hands-free or handheld: both have their place.
| Criterion | Handpiece | Fixed applicators (AdipoXtrem) |
|---|---|---|
| Practitioner's role | Continuous movement | Set-up, programming, monitoring |
| Areas per session | One at a time | Several simultaneously |
| Real-time fine adjustment | Very fine (follows contours) | Governed by programmes and settings |
| Small, highly curved areas | Well suited | Depends on applicator size and fixing |
| Reproducibility | Depends on each therapist | Standardised by programme |
