Hands-free innovation

The treatment carries on. The practitioner's wrists get a rest.

Cavitation and radiofrequency are well established in salons and clinics worldwide. Their drawback is familiar to every therapist: a handpiece that must be moved continuously, standing up, for the whole session. Sore wrists, tendinitis, strained shoulders — that day-to-day reality is where AdipoXtrem started.

Here, each applicator stays on its area. The session is set on the screen — technology, intensity, duration — and then runs on several areas simultaneously. The practitioner sets up, monitors and adjusts, instead of repeating the same movement for thirty minutes.

The designer

Jonathan Kasslaci

Working with aesthetic technologies since the age of 16, alongside his father, Jonathan Kasslaci has been designing his own devices at GMP Beauty Concept since 2020. AdipoXtrem grew out of listening to his professional customers and two years of research and development.

Every case in our gallery states the treated area, number and length of sessions, protocol goal and photography conditions, and is published only with the written consent of the person photographed. The gallery is being built with the first equipped centres.

What is AdipoXtrem?

AdipoXtrem is a professional aesthetic device designed in France. It combines three technologies — ultrasound cavitation, radiofrequency and red and infrared LED — in a system of 10 applicators that stay in place during the session. It is intended for beauty salons, body-contouring centres, spas and aesthetic clinics.

What does “hands-free” mean?

The applicators are positioned on the selected areas, and the session is then run from the console screen. The practitioner no longer has to move a handpiece continuously, as with manual cavitation or radiofrequency. They remain present to set up, monitor and adjust the session.

How many sessions are recommended?

The manufacturer's recommended protocol is 6 to 8 sessions of 30 to 35 minutes depending on the programme, followed by maintenance sessions every two weeks to once a month as needed. Results vary from person to person.

Is AdipoXtrem available outside France?
